On the outside, there is provision for a balcony and carport. The floor area of this beautiful model measures 65 square meters while the lot area measures 88 square meters. The total contract price is 2,506,000 but you have three payment options. The first option is to pay a reservation fee of 20,000 pesos and the balance payable within 24 months.

The fourth model is Margarita which is a two-story townhouse. It has a living room, beautifully done kitchen space, and a wide dining area all located at the ground floor. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and all these facilities share a toilet and bath which are on the second floor. The floor area is 46 square meters while the lot area depends whether yours is an inner unit or end unit. For the inner unit, the lot area is 42 square meters while for the end units their lot area is 63 square meters. The price for this is 1,956,000 pesos. 

The second last model is Reana. This is also a two-story townhouse whose design is much like the Margarita Model. The main difference is the floor area and the lot area which measures 40 square meters for both. The contractual price is 1,566,000 pesos.

Rina is the last model which has 2 bedrooms, a dining space that faces the kitchen, and a modern living area made of quality materials. For the ground and second floor, they share a toilet and bath which is at the ground floor.
